Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Comcast in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process. Your main duties will include preparing customer invoices, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue payments. You will work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send customer invoices - Post customer payments in the accounting system - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies - Follow up on overdue payments and escalate as needed - Work with sales team to resolve billing issues or disputes - Monitor accounts receivable aging report and take necessary actions - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate customer records and data in the accounting system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and reliable - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Experience in people management is a plus
