Job description:

Parker-Hannifin is seeking a motivated and resourceful Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Provide support for audits as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Continuously analyze processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent analytical abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
