Job description:

Humana is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and communicating with clients to resolve any outstanding issues. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices - Process payments, credits, and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Communicate with clients to address payment issues and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounts receivable processes and procedures - Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial audits

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong project management skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
