Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Edison International is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process remotely, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send invoices to customers - Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments - Follow up on overdue accounts - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Communicate with customers to address any payment issues - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on AR status - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AR processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Confident and self-motivated - Excellent people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Knowledge of billing and collections procedures - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
