Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Entergy is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable processes remotely.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients - Follow up on outstanding invoices - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Process payments in a timely manner - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes - Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resilient attitude and problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset to improve processes and drive efficiency
