Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process remotely.

Responsibilities: - Verify, allocate, and post transactions to accounts receivable ledgers - Prepare and submit customer invoices accurately and timely - Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and collections - Maintain documentation and records of all accounts receivable activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong planning and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Detail-oriented and organized
