Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is currently seeking a reliable and driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable professional. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home, offering flexibility and remote work capabilities. As an Entry Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy - Process customer payments and update account information accordingly - Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection - Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders and discrepancies - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues - Conduct regular audits of accounts to identify potential discrepancies or errors - Prepare and generate financial reports related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and accuracy
