Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist working from home in Dubai, AE. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. 2. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments and smooth operations. 5. Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. 6. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a strong attention to detail. 2. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
