Job Description:

Dillard’s is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Dubai, UAE. As an Online Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions for our online accounts payable department and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and payments for online purchases - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies - Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Strong planning and organizational skills
