Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable for the company, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments. - Monitor and reconcile accounts, handling any discrepancies or issues that may arise. - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving collection efforts. - Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in accounts receivable operations. - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve payment disputes and ensure timely collections. - Implement innovative solutions to optimize the accounts receivable process and enhance overall financial performance.

Requirements: - Passionate about financial operations and account management. - Confident in handling customer interactions and resolving payment issues. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to think innovatively to improve processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
