Online Accounts Receivable

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the position of Online Accounts Receivable at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in billing - Research and analyze customer accounts to identify outstanding payments and take appropriate actions to collect - Communicate with customers via email or phone to follow up on overdue payments - Update and maintain records of all financial transactions and payments received - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in accounts receivable

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
