Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Oneok. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and support various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents - Assist with project management by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met - Conduct analysis on various data sets and present findings to support decision-making process - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed - Provide general administrative support to the team as required


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in an administrative role - Strong project management and analytical skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and dedicated personality traits
