Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description: Mubadala Development Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks remotely, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents - Assist with projects and support various teams as needed - Conduct research and compile data for reports - Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in an administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and passionate about supporting the team and achieving company goals - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
