Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Charter Communications is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience who is hardworking, passionate, adaptable, and excels in strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. - Assist in the coordination and organization of company events, both virtual and in-person. - Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders. - Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary. - Assist with any additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - 1+ years of experience in an administrative role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strategic planning skills and attention to detail are essential.
