Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our insurance business.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in processing insurance applications, claims, and policy changes. 2. Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and agents. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate processing of paperwork. 4. Conduct research and analysis to support operational decision-making. 5. Maintain accurate records and documentation. 6. Assist in handling inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in insurance or related field. 2. Strong planning and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
