Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jabil Circuit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work position will be based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE, and is ideal for a professional with 8 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Lead a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Manage budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness - Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field - Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Energetic and independent personality traits - Teamwork and research soft skills - Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
