Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Work from home

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team at J.M. Smucker. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity, ideal for individuals who are energetic and driven.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. 2. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files. 3. Schedule appointments and meetings for team members. 4. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. 5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 6. Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence. 7. Assist with project management tasks, such as creating timelines and tracking progress. 8. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. 9. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficient in MS Office suite. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 5. Previous administrative experience is a plus. 6. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Energetic and driven personality traits. 8. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
