Job Description:
AGCO is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative support roles and exhibit a passion for their work, along with strong motivation to succeed. As an Administrative Associate at AGCO, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide general administrative support including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. 2. Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems. 3. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. 4. Conduct research as needed to support various projects and initiatives. 5. Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for staff members. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and seamless operations. 7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support roles. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment preferred. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional overtime as needed. 8. Vision insurance coverage. 9.
