Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Rockwell Collins is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, AE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables - Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats - Assist with event planning and coordination for team meetings and client events - Handle office supplies inventory and reordering as needed - Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as necessary


Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking individual with excellent time management skills - Strong project management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
