Job Description - Administrative Coordinator


Job description:


We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dover in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. 2. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team. 3. Conduct research and prepare presentations as needed. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. 5. Assist with special projects and events. 6. Provide support to other team members as needed. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong presentation and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
