Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

**Job Description:**


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jumeirah Group in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level administrative position, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the office team and assisting with various administrative tasks.


**Responsibilities:** 1. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. 3. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and ensure proper functioning. 4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. 5. Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. 6. Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping. 7. Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations. 8. Perform basic research and analysis as needed.


**Requirements:** 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Resourceful and dedicated with a strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 8. No prior experience required, training will be provided.
