As a Remote Administrative Coordinator at TIAA in Dubai, AE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documents - Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as needed - Assist with special projects and events as assigned - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and energetic personality - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
