Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Office Depot is seeking a remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office remotely. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior management. 2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling attendees, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. 3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner. 4. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing documents electronically. 5. Support the office with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and running errands as needed. 6. Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. 7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organization.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 2. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
