Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Lear, a leading company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to work from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a reliable individual who can work independently and efficiently manage various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing files - Plan and implement administrative procedures and systems to increase efficiency - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners - Handle office equipment and supplies inventory to ensure proper functioning


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in administrative roles - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Excellent organizational and time management skills
