Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Kroger is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to work from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have experience in people management.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks for various departments within the company - Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication - Manage databases and filing systems in an organized manner - Monitor and update company policies and procedures as needed - Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees - Provide general support to staff members as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with people management and conflict resolution - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
