Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Hilton is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to work from home in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess traits such as reliability and resilience, along with soft skills like critical thinking and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing virtual events. - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual chat platforms. - Assist with data entry, report generation, and document preparation. - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, as needed. - Support virtual team collaboration through file sharing, video conferencing, and project management tools. - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - 3+ years of experience in administrative support or a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, virtual working environment.
