Alliance Data Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator working from home in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a required minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the company. Your main responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and performing general administrative duties as needed. You will also be required to assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable and resourceful, able to prioritize tasks and work independently. Additionally, candidates should possess strong cooperation skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members. Presentation skills are also a plus, as you may be required to assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
