Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

As an Administrative Coordinator at Anthem, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team while working remotely from your home in Dubai. This part-time position at Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 3. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service. 4. Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes. 5. Maintain accurate records and databases for easy access and retrieval of information. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization. 8. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to solve problems and make informed choices. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. 6. High attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Experience working in a virtual environment is a plus.
