Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


HCA Holdings in Dubai is seeking a motivated and independent Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in office management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 2. Assist in organizing and coordinating office activities and meetings. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. 4. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level. 5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related purchases. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining office filing systems and databases. 7. Provide administrative support to team members as needed. 8. Ensure office cleanliness and organization at all times.


Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making skills. 3. Attention to detail. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5.
