Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in office management. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and equipment - Coordinate meetings and events - Organize and maintain files and records - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Handle incoming calls and correspondence - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Support HR with onboarding new employees - Ensure office policies and procedures are followed - Handle any other ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
