We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Office Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management.
Responsibilities: - Overseeing and coordinating all office activities and operations - Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Assisting in budget preparation and expense control - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence - Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks accordingly - Ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office - Implementing and maintaining office procedures and policies - Liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and clients - Assisting with HR-related tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Excellent leadership and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Bilingual proficiency is a plus
