Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Icahn Enterprises is looking for a motivated and passionate Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office management. This part-time role offers a chance to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive working environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to organizing files, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. - Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. - Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. - Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed. - Act as the point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners. - Provide general support to visitors and guests. - Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Assist in project management and workflow coordination.


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Motivated and passionate about their work.
