Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As an Office Manager at Tenet Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office while working remotely from home. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication among team members.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office operations and procedures - Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and other forms of communication - Schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers - Assist in budgeting and financial management - Support HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding - Assist in project management and coordination - Provide administrative support to senior management - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in office management or related field - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Excellent organizational and time management skills
