Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Toys "R" Us is seeking a dedicated and confident Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual office and ensuring seamless communication and organization among team members.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and handling correspondence - Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Support the team with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical needs - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new materials as needed - Oversee virtual meetings and conferences, ensuring technical support is available as required - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations - Provide support to senior management as needed on special projects and initiatives


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in office management or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - People management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Critical thinking abilities to solve problems and make decisions - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Must have a dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
