Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Aflac. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and possess a high level of resourcefulness and energy.


Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and managing correspondence - Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations - Collaborate with team members to plan and execute company events and meetings - Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that arise - Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records - Utilize emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders - Provide strategic planning and support to help achieve company goals


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Resourceful and energetic individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus
