Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Icahn Enterprises, a leading company in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies. 2. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. 3. Oversee and maintain office systems, including filing systems, document management, and office equipment. 4. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. 5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required. 6. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. 7. Provide general support to employees and management as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Driven and reliable personality traits. 3. Excellent planning and teamwork skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 5. Strong communication and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
