Job Description:
HollyFrontier is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online files, documents, and databases - Assist with scheduling and coordinating online meetings and appointments - Respond to online inquiries and emails in a timely manner - Monitor and update online calendars and schedules - Assist with online research projects as needed - Coordinate online administrative tasks for various departments within the company - Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management abilities - Reliable and punctual - Passionate about providing exceptional administrative support - High school diploma or equivalent
