Job Description - Online Office Manager

Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate-level employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual office, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.


Responsibilities: - Manage virtual office operations including scheduling, document management, and communication with team members - Coordinate virtual meetings, conferences, and events - Monitor and update online calendars and task lists - Assist with online research and data analysis - Handle incoming and outgoing virtual correspondence - Provide technical support for online office tools and software - Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of organization and communication


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Previous experience working in a virtual office environment is a plus
