Job Description - Online Office Manager

Job Description:


Hormel Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Online Office Manager in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a resilient and reliable individual who is able to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain the online office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and online inquiries in a timely manner. 3. Research and gather information on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support decision-making. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to reach target audiences. 6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 7. Assist in the management of social media accounts and online presence to promote brand awareness and engagement. 8. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the management team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online productivity tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Resilient and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. 8. Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently. 9. Research skills and ability to gather and analyze data. 10. Persuasion skills to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
