Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate at Reynolds American. In this part-time role based in Dubai, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our company, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support - Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to coordinate online promotions and campaigns - Monitor and analyze online sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure the functionality and user experience of our online platform - Assist with content creation and management for the online platform, including product listings and descriptions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any inquiries or issues that arise

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset, able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams - Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions - At least 2 years of experience in a similar online operations role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and best practices
