Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Online Operations Associate to join Genuine Parts in Dubai. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery - Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings and ensure accurate inventory levels - Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or questions regarding their orders - Analyze metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations from order placement to delivery - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and reach target KPIs

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead a team - Passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
