Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking an experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in online operations management. We are looking for a dedicated and independent individual with excellent time management and project management skills to oversee our online operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online operations strategies to optimize processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of online operations - Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve online platforms - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for online services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve overall online performance - Lead and mentor a team of online operations staff to achieve department goals and objectives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of online operations with overall company initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in online operations management - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Experience with project management tools and techniques
