Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is looking for a part-time Online Operations Manager based in Dubai, UAE. As a mid-to-senior-level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the online operations of the company. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where adaptability and hard work are key traits for success.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the online platform to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online marketing campaigns - Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online operations - Lead a team of online operations specialists to achieve department goals - Handle any escalated customer issues related to online operations
