Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Becton Dickinson in Dubai. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform and ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online team to ensure the smooth running of the ecommerce platform - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and enhance user experience - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to optimize online operations - Manage online inventory and product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency - Handle customer inquiries and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions - Work closely with vendors and third-party partners to optimize operations and drive business growth - Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold brand standards - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in online operations or ecommerce management - Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technology - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics - Experience with inventory management and customer service software - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and SEO best practices
