Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Operations Manager to join our team at Constellation Brands in Dubai. As a part-time employee at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all online operations within the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability - Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online platforms, including websites and social media accounts - Analyze key performance indicators to track and improve the efficiency of online operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations and customer experience - Implement best practices for online marketing and e-commerce activities - Manage online inventory, promotions, and sales to optimize revenue - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in online operations and e-commerce - Strong project management and decision-making skills - Passion for online business and a proven track record of delivering results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
