Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Virtual Assistant at Asbury Automotive Group, located in Dubai, UAE, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our online operations. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and driven individual with strong leadership and teamwork skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries from customers promptly and professionally - Assist in managing and updating company's website content - Coordinate with various departments to ensure online orders are processed accurately and efficiently - Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers through online channels - Provide support to the online sales team as needed - Assist in organizing virtual events and webinars - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any online customer concerns or issues - Assist in tracking and analyzing online performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using online tools and platforms - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
