Operations Associate

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring the smooth functioning of various processes. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of operational strategies to meet company objectives - Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow - Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement new processes and policies - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
