Responsibilities: - Assist the operations team with day-to-day tasks remotely - Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Implement strategies to optimize operations efficiency - Provide support to team members as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in operations or a similar role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Strong negotiation and innovation skills
