Operations Associate

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, possess strong project management skills, and have an attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Perform daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations. 2. Work closely with the operations team to resolve any issues or discrepancies. 3. Assist with project management tasks as needed. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and recommend improvements. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and increase efficiency. 6. Provide support for any ad-hoc projects or initiatives. 7. Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities. 8. Help implement and maintain best practices for operational procedures. 9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Motivated and driven to succeed.
