Operations Associate

Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed - Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of operations staff - Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
